Care Philosophy
As a board-certified, Stanford-trained psychiatrist, I draw on my experiences as a researcher and clinician to offer up-to-date strategies, both traditional and integrative, for ADD, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Clients benefit from evidence-based strategies in combining traditional medications with supplements such as SAMe, L-Tyrosine, and Omega-3 EFAs. I also integrate mindfulness-based therapies to enhance treatment response, including guided imagery and meditation.
